Returns and Exchange Policy

At Simplelife Mobility we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

If you decide to return or exchange your order, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us unless we made a mistake and delivered the wrong item to you or the item is faulty, we will of course arrange a return postage label for you.

If the order is cancelled, wrong size ordered or not liked, the return postage costs will be met by the buyer and a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price will be deducted from your refund.

Returned product(s) must be complete, unused, in an undamaged state and returned in their original outer packaging with the inner packaging included also. If products are not in a re-saleable condition on return, Simplelife Mobility reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to Simplelife Mobility. This will be taken prior to any refund.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days from receipt of cancellation.

The original cost of delivery will not be refunded for cancelled orders.

If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving as much information as possible. All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced with an equivalent product, or a refund will be given.

We respectfully advise, before the point of order, that all customers are responsible for making sure that measurements are accurate and must ensure that any goods ordered will fit through all doors, be suitably manoeuvrable in the desired setting, and that Delivery is otherwise unobstructed and that all valuables are safeguarded from accidental damage. We will not accept returns for the reason of incorrect measurement or restricted manoeuvrability once the item has been successfully delivered.
