In order to verify that you qualify for our price match promise, the following criteria need to be met
- The competitor must be a UK online retailer providing direct to consumers – we are not able to offer a Price Match Promise against marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon and 3rd party resellers
- The product must be in stock at the time of the Price Promise match
- The competitors product must not be on sale or discounted as part of any other promotional activity or bulk buying discount
- Product must be an identical match including model, size, colour and quantity
- The price match promise only applies to the product and does not take into account any delivery charges
- The price match promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion we may have running at the same time
NB: We cannot retrospectively price match after a product has been ordered.
