International Order and Delivery

Non-UK customers can place an order and have it delivered within the UK. Any orders that need to be delivered overseas can be processed but the shipping will need to be organised by the customer. We advise you to contact us on +0044 800 978 8907 prior to placing your order.

All items on our site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and you will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling (£). If UK Pounds Sterling (£) is not your currency, the amount you actually pay will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.

Please note orders placed throughout public holidays will be processed the next working business day.

Out Of Stock Items

Occasionally we might be out of stock of an item. In this situation we will try to contact you by phone or email and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund if you would rather not wait or receive a suitable alternative.

Your order may be dispatched in more than one parcel and arrive at different times. Where parcels can be tracked, we will send you a link on your dispatch email. If goods cannot be shipped within a reasonable time we will contact you to advise you of this. if there is to be a noticeable delay, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.
